I'm Pam Alcorn and I live with my husband Roddy, in a quiet area called Whitehazel Park which is by Broughty Ferry, Dundee. We have lived here for over 12 years and have cared for numerous dogs, the previous breed being Rough Collies.

I have always been an animal lover since I was a child and grew up with a number of pets. This love continued into my adulthood and I have had a few dogs and cats until they reached their old age. When the kids got older, I started getting more affectionate towards the Border Collie breed of dogs due to their energy and intelligence.

One day, I was watching the television programme 'One Man and his Dog', and the dogs inspired me. It was a joy to watch the dogs work and I found it quite amazing. It was then that I decided that it would be great to change to Border Collies, and was a good time to start as my last dog, a Rough Collie, had died a short time ago which left me feeling a bit 'empty'.

I love my dogs very much and are very much a part of our family. Apart from me having to go to work each day, I am with them at all times. I would also like to thank my husband for putting up with us all and I know that he loves them as much as I do. Please have a look at the dogs and you will see why we love them.
